He's captivated audiences in a variety of genres, known for being very selective about each role, and especially has never failed to impress in period pieces. From the repulsive Commodus in Gladiator (2000) to acclaimed musician Johnny Cash in Walk the Line (2005), and now to none other than Napoleon Bonaparte in Ridley Scott's upcoming epic film Napoleon, set to debut later this year.
